Yes, there are fish in New Mexico. This is the Rio Guadalupe in the Jemez mountains, about 45 minutes from our house. It was a great day fishing, good weather, didn't see anyone else, and caught some fish. This river is fished very little, but has quite a few fish, some ranging up to 18-20 inches (although we didn't see any this day).This is quite the lunker!!
